Me and me wife signed a contract with Jonothon on the 27th of November. We sent the check over for the deposit and we were told we would have our roof done by Christmas, well here it is the end of January and we have no new roof, and to make matters worse I get a call last night at 8:00 pm to tell me they were no longer going to do our roof. We have waited three months for this new roof, just to end up having them drop us for no reason. We haven’t been contacted by anyone at j&c roofing about anything going on during the process either. Phone calls are never returned within a reasonable time frame. 4 weeks at minimum for a returned text or call. Very unprofessional for a company to leave some high and dry like this. Johnathan and his team did an exceptional job on my new roof. We weren't considering metal, but after reviewing the pricing "extremely fair," we went that route. The workers were pleasant and responded to any questions I posed to them. I highly recommend this company

J&C Roofing has done my families roof and did an awesome job. They are very respectful and very responsive with call backs. They were very clear on what needed to be done and the prices were very reasonable. Need any roofing done I recommend this company by far!!

Did some minor repairs requiring replacing 5-6 metal roof panels. They were swamped after the hurricane, but difficult to get them on the phone or get called back. Work seems to be good, just not the best people customer service wise.

They keep their appointments, return calls, and do excellent work. Rare in Highlands County. Highly recommended.
