JCA UNDERGROUND

Completely dug up our yard, cracked broken concrete walkway and curbing and we never asked for it. Came home to all this mess. I guess will have to be calling to find out who will come to fix this mess this company has made and quick. U don't cone dig up and destroy people's property and assume it's OK. We will have to make them replace concrete, stamp and stain our front walkway. Replace all the grass as well as the curbing. This is asinine.

Came on to my property and installed underground wiring. Once the job was completed, they did a terrible job at placing the sod back and now the grass is dying and the ground beneath it is sinking. I’ve contacted the number associated to this company and the owner refuses to fix the issue. He has hung up on me, refuses to return phone calls and text messages. BBB complaint filed and next step will be seeking legal advice if this issue is not fixed.

JCA provided 110ft of water pipe service underground per my request. I've been watching the hole process, the job is complete and clean, I'm a general contractor here in Idaho and i will use them again and i do recommend this company to you who needs underground trenching service.

Damaged grass Broken sprinkler line. As soon as I called them they showed up 30 minutes later to fix the problem! Thanks guys!🙌

I had a couple issues with the lack of notice about work requiring access to my property for a neighbor's utility service, but their crew was incredibly professional and the office manager was great about communicating and addressing my concerns immediately. They took my feedback and made our conflict into a learning experience and that's something I have a lot of respect for. I appreciate their service, even as a non-customer, and am very impressed with how well and quickly they handled my complaints.
