I am writing this review to show the quality of workmanship that was done on our roof. The house we purchased was not square and we do realize the difficulty of his roofing job, however the roofing job was not completed in a timely manner nor was it handled professionally. Not enough material was ordered (supposedly stolen off our property, yet we have security cameras) so patchwork was installed and tried to pass it off instead of ordering new full length sheets. He eventually replaced them after we insisted that the panels were to be full length. There will be rebuttals to this review, I am sure, but just want the pictures to speak for themselves as we now know there are others in the same boat that have used this contractor. Justin did a roof repair on my metal roof that was leaking. Changed out the screws and reinforced the flashing around the fireplace. He communicated well, was on time and finished the work in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend JP Services and Justin.

Justin is a pleasure to work with. He’s conscientious, thoughtful, and a hard worker. We had a section of roofing that was beyond repair and had to be removed and reframed at another pitch. An enormous job to tie in another roof under the best of circumstances. Justin came through and got the whole roof back together and looking great which saved our project. Top notch. We would definitely have him work for us again.

Justin did an amazing job replacing my metal roof. It was a complicated job on an older house in South Sandpoint. He did great carpentry work to replace a couple of areas that had dry rot. The materials he used were top quality and his attention on details shows in his work. He left the job site really clean when he left each evening and was great about communicating progress. Plus he's just a really nice guy! I highly recommend.
