My experience was not good. It should have taken several hours to remove my old driveway but it was seven days before they completely removed the driveway and debris from the entrance of my home. Please look at the photo and you will see the workmanship and materials used by JDP Construction employees at my home. The gap shown in the form is over a foot wide and the form was built using rotting wood from my old wood porch! I can definitely understand all the one-star reviews. If you go to sunbiz.org you can find the real company owned by John Della Pietra. You will also find that Larry Cohen opened up a fictitious name company, under his company Design Home Remodeling Sales & Services Inc. I suggest when you speak to this company you do not speak to either Larry or Tom or anyone other than John Della-Pietra himself. He has always called me back as soon as possible. Once he got involved all of the issues were cleared up very quickly, and a professional job was done. I am very happy with all the work ever since John took over this job. John did a great job screening my house patio! He was very friendly and had quoted me the best price compared to several other quotes I had received. His work not only came out great, but he was very efficient in getting it done. If you want a fair price and a quality job done, look no further.

Run as fast as you can. I had the worst experience with this company getting my driveway done. They will take your deposit and keep giving you excuses as to why they can't start the project. They tried to blame the city I contacted the city and was told that the permit was denied and that they needed to come down and make changes. They was told this months ago. I signed my contract in June. 2020. I kept calling back and fourth. They refused to give me a refund. They make up all these stories I end up getting another company and start my project within 3 weeks!! Careful with this company. It's not fair how they treat you. People work hard for their money.

Do not waste any time or money with this company. Highly unprofessional. Quick to take your money and NOT complete the job as the contract states. In dealing with Lucky Pericles, I have seen first hand the terrible customer service provided to him by this company. After paying upfront $8,600 they "MISREAD" the contract which stated a stamped concrete driveway was paid for and ended up just pouring regular concrete. After numerous attempts to get in touch with someone in the office or Mike, who he had initially been dealing with, finally he gets the response that they read the contract incorrectly.
