JDS construction is the best! JD is super professional and so easy to work with. He gave us great suggestions and listened to exactly what we wanted resulting in the kitchen remodel of our dreams! He rolled with changes to the plans and offered suggestions when we needed them. His work and craftsmanship is excellent and all of the guys on his team are top notch. We couldn’t have found a better contractor.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with JD Scott Construction on several home renovation projects over the past 3–4 years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our first major project with JD was a complete basement remodel, and the results were outstanding. He transformed what was once an underused space into a beautifully functional area that includes a laundry room, home gym, bathroom, and a dedicated crafting area. On a recommendation from a client, I contacted JDS Construction to get an estimate on renovating my kitchen and baths. The owner was quick to reach out regarding the project and had the estimate to me within 48 hours. I have yet to start the project on my personal home but have seen the quality of their work in my client's home as well as a close friend who used them, and I can confidently say that I am lookimg forward to having JDS Construction handle the renovation on my home. I'll update again once my project is complete!

He also gave thoughtful suggestions along the way, for example, knowing that one day we hope to renovate a bathroom, he suggested installing the electrical wiring we needed from the basement up to the 2nd level while the walls were already torn out for the kitchen renov, saving us from having to cut holes in the kitchen to run wiring whenever we are ready to do the bathroom.
