Jeannie Cleaning

The experience with Jeannie Cleaning has been great all around. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and provide information when I first booked. They have really good text communication, which is really convenient. I had my first cleaning today. I had an amazing experience! Deborah took her time and did a thorough, awesome job. She was friendly, super great with my dog, and never rushed. It was clear she cared about doing an excellent cleaning, not just finishing. I'm so happy she was the cleaner today! It's my first time trying out recurring cleaning services and it took me a while to take the leap - I'm glad I did. I'm looking forward to routine cleaning.

I almost don't think there is enough room in this space to tell you how absolutely lovely and wonderful were your cleaners Becca and Jenna! Not only are they just as sweet as the day is long, the time that they took to clean everything to perfection was just so unbelievable and so very, very welcomed!! Our house wasn't a wreck or anything, by any means, but I just got off the phone with my husband and I told him that I just could not wait until he came through the doors home from work, and he could take in The View!! Everything was just absolutely phenomenal, down to those precious girls and the Very exceptional and expert job that they did!!

Paid for a “top to bottom” deep cleaning and several areas that I specifically stated I wanted the most focus on were missed. Some not even touched. My husband came home from work and asked if the cleaners even came or if I just cleaned because it was the normal level of cleaning I do at 7.5 months pregnant. Our range hood was lefty dusty and with grease drips, food particles still stuck on the stove, asked for my oven to be cleaned and it wasn’t even touched, asked for my primary bathroom glass shower door to be cleaned and free of water streaks and it wasn’t, fireplace in the bathroom still had water splashes all over the glass. We were originally signed up for a routine monthly maintenance clean after this initial “deep clean” but if this is the level of deep clean, I do not want to se

Deep cleaned my house during the selling process. The cleaners did a wonderful job and finished quicker than expected. Very thorough and made parts of the house the cleanest I’ve ever seen them. The whole process was simple from setting the appointment and getting everything detailed a documented, Bree did a great job at making it simple. 10/10, easily recommend.

Elisabeth did an outstanding job cleaning our dog hair covered world, and we truly appreciate her good work! She was very kind and patient with my sister, listened to her stories and engaged in her limited conversation and MaryJo just lit up talking with her, a welcome addition to her mostly mundane week.
