Thanks for your service. I had an issue with my washing machine and they were just so thoughtful. They helped me troubleshoot the issue and recommended the fix. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable and kind enough to support. Will definitely call them in the future.

Kyle (owner) was very personable and fixed my washer and dryer quickly, and even provided insights to using them. Cost was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him.

My dryer had smoked and then making loud sounds and I called Jebs as they had great reviews. I know why Kyle was understanding that I had to work with landlord. He came in a few days. Rates were good to me. Kyle was so nice the moment he came and he explained a lot about my dryer and washer. Things I can do to prevent this again!! Nothing needed repair but he had to clean this thing up real good!

I contacted jebs to repair a washer that was leaking oil and staining my clothes. He let me know it over the phone it wouldn't be worth repairing and recommended just buying a new one. He very easily could have charged me for a service call, but his integrity was obvious in this brief interaction. Always great to find an honest business and I will be calling if I need anything in the future. Highly recommend.

I needed advice on my nonfunctional dishwasher and heard of Jeb's by word of mouth through my coworker. Reliable, honest, practical with smart troubleshooting and wise advice, Jeb’s customer service is good 5/5. With referrals to local appliance stores, knowledge of appliance models, and good communication- the delivery and replacement was smooth. He said they do regular maintenance of appliances too, which I will probably look into down the road for preventative measures, after having used them for my dishwasher.
