Underground parking lot with plenty of spacious parking spaces. Very clean and well lit. 1.5 hour free parking, and 4 hours free with validation at the Century movie theater. Otherwise on M-F it’s $1.00/hour to 6pm and $2.50/hour from 6-11pm. On weekends, its $2.50/hour all day. There’s a person available if you need assistance. But usually it’s take your ticket with you, and pay at the self servicemachines when you get back. Then insert your paid ticket on exit.

Horrible experience today with the machine wasn’t working and we couldn’t get out. We called for assistance and they so rude and said that it was our fault for the situation on hand when it was their machine that took our ticket. Such horrible customer service and we had to direct traffic on top of this because no one was there to assist. Someone has to look into this because for it being a Saturday someone has to be there to help the people out with this. Ridiculous

They don't accept cash, Amex, or Apple Pay. The customer service is atrocious, and kept hanging up. Hard to imagine something as basic as a parking lot can be this poorly run, but I guess the management has a talent for failure

Jefferson Avenue / Century Theater Parking Garage Downtown Redwood City This is hands-down one of the most clutch parking spots in the Peninsula, especially if you’re headed to the movies, brewery hopping, or catching a UFC event live at Ghostwood. Me and my Aussie MMA partner-in-crime made the executive call to park here before UFC 317 (Topuria vs. Do Bronx), and it delivered. The P2 level was already filling up before the prelims, and you could spot a whole army of fight night regulars migrating through the back alley toward Ghostwood Brewery. It was like the underground railroad for high fight IQ fans.
