We've used these folks for a couple of issues at our home, and they are the best of the best! They are honest, personable, professional, and work quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank Mr. Doug Sims of JeffersonPlumbing. My husband called from out of town because our well had stopped working . Mr Sims sent two fine young men, AJ and Dillon. They arrived the same afternoon. They quickly saw the problem and explained to me everything they needed to do. Because of the late hour they said they would be backthe next day. As they promised they returned early the next day and completed the task. They fully explained every step of the way. These 2 young men were very informed and polite and respectful. Mr Sims called my husband several times during the day and kept him informed. The price was acceptable. The work was fantastic. Good HONEST business. They came out same day to replace our hot water heater and they had a task on their hands. AJ figured it out and tackled the problem with no issues. I have hot water and I am very happy with service. Definitely would recommend and have them back again.
