Jeff Edwards and his team are literally THE BEST when you need assistance with anything septic related! Jeff TRULY CARES and his experience shows in every step of the process. Jeff masterfully and cost effectively handled a complex repair for my seller prior to closing on a sales transaction. He always took the time to communicate effectively with both me and my seller and coordinated the engineer and the town to get the job done beautifully and to everyone's satisfaction. Jeff even went above and beyond to patch a driveway that needed a repair as a result of the septic work that had been completed. Additionally, Jeff shares his knowledge on a holiday weekend to help me, a panicked mother, trying to decipher a septic inspection report for my own daughter, 250 miles away in Maryland.

Jeff and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They installed a new septic for me and did a great job. They are incredibly experienced hard workers. After dealing with and getting stood up by Mike (the definition of unprofessional and rude) from perfection excavating for 6 days in a row, I was in a pinch to have a new septic tank put in ASAP in order to close on my property by the closing date a week away. I found Jeff's number online, and let me just say he was the kindest, most understanding, and accommodating person I have ever met in this industry. He offered me options and went out of his was to get the job done fore me in less than a week from the initial phone call. He even went out of his way the next day to pull the permits and get rid of the old tank. Jeff Edwards recently put in a new septic system for me at a house in Stockholm that I was selling. He was the best price out of many bids, and he was able to start immediately. All other companies had several week lead times. Jeff was extremely communicative, reaching out to me with project updates when I didn’t even ask for them. The project was finished extremely quickly, and he put in extra effort to restore the property to as close to its previous condition as possible. After his part of the project was finished, he was also very helpful in assisting me with nagging the Health Department to issue the final Certificate of Compliance (which I needed in order to close the sale.)
