What a great company! Jeff showed up right on time with a smile and friendly demeanor. He got right to work and snaked our dump drain to the street. Quick, fast and thorough! Not to mention reasonable pricing! When you have a clog... you can't go wrong with Jeff!

Sunday morning emergency with a backup in kitchen sink and 1st floor shower. I called about 8:30, call back in just a few minutes. Was told that they could be here between 10:00-12:00 and they arrived just after 10:00. Got drained cleared through kitchen sink and were gone in about an hour. Personable young guy was very professional with my wife before I got back home. Under $300.00 on a Sunday morning? Yes please!!

Jeff’s drains showed up at our home and broke our pedestal bathroom sink. The drainage issue was not addressed but we received a promise that they would return once we replaced the sink. The bill of NOT fixing the drainage problem came to $200.00. Jeff refuses to honor his warranty and take care of the issue. He has promised a couple of times to reimburse our family but have yet not done so.
