If you are looking for a great heating and air conditioning company, look no further. We have been long-term customers of Jem heating and air conditioning. We have always had great service. However, on December 5, 2025, we received service above and beyond that reaffirmed our decision in choosing a heating and air-conditioning company. Any time the owner of the company and their techs get on the phone with you to help you diagnose a problem before they arrive is exceptional service. There are plenty of great heating and air conditioning companies out there. If you are looking for a company that you can establish a long-term personable relationship with and be there when you need them, choose Jem.

Top notch customer service. We were without heat and Cory came to our office and diagnosed our problem quickly. He told us we would need to replace the part eventually, and we did! Luckily he came right back out and replaced it for us. Office is nice and warm now. Prices are very reasonable for the service they provide, would highly recommend.

This company went above and beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable happy holidays. A couple days before Christmas we found our home had no heat. We were able to call and get a technician to come out same day immediately he found the issue with our heating system and they personally drove to the warehouse to pick up the part that we needed so that we can have heat in our home as soon as possible and not have to wait for shipping. I can’t think these guys enough.

Highly recommend, Cory gave me a free estimate to repair or replace due to age were other companies only wanted to replace. Went with repair first due to issue with unit. Scott the A/C technician was very knowledgeable and explained the repair and did a good job. They also stayed within the Estimate I was given which was a fair price.

Recently my heat pump stopped working forcing me to use the emergency heat. Jem came out, diagnosed and ordered the part which was covered under warranty. The tech showed on time and diligently worked outside for over 3 hours in 19 degree temps and snow to complete the job. Very respectful and professional gentleman. Ive used Jem in two different homes over the years..they never disappoint! Thank you!
