I'm really happy with the service that JER Masonry brick's & Chimney Inspection Ltd has given me. A comprehensive chimney inspection and chimney flue cleaning were carried out by Jason. Existing issues were resolved by their chimney caps and covers and chimney cap repair services. The replacement of the chimney cover was completed quickly and effectively. Performance and safety were enhanced by their Smoke and Heat Shield and Chimney Liners services. Overall, excellent service.

I made an appointment two weeks ago for a chimney sweeping for today Friday October 31st. When no one showed up I called the company, took them 10 minutes to find my record and then the person said "sorry the technician has had an emergency and won't be able to come today, our next availability is towards the middle of January of next year, we suggest you go to another company" Worst customer service ever.

Made an appointment waited 2 weeks for it. Appointment day arrives call no show! I called them the lady answering says can’t see you until the first because of emergency the technician had. We took off work and this is for insurance. Never again

I know they want to service customers well. Twice they’ve been scheduled to come out for a quote and no showed.

Charges customers 25$ an hour for labor and pays employees less then half. Management would rather golf then manage.
