We have used Jerry for over 20 years for a reason! He is very knowledgable, hard working, trustworthy and is as honest is the day is long! When you find someone like that, it's such a treasure and a rarity these days! Jerry and Scotty have done everything from basement, kitchen and bathroom plumbing renovations to changing out toilets, installing hot water heaters, to helping with our well water to finding leaks! He can do it all and he does it with a smile! I have referred many friends and neighbors to him over the years and everyone loves him! Thank you guys for such great service all of these years!

Had to use JFP a few times in the last few years. Both times were emergency responses, one being in the middle of the night. Great response. Great company. I especially like a family response, Jerry and Cass are the guys you want.

We had Jerry install a new bathroom faucet. He was neat, cleaned up everything as if he hadn't even been there and discounted his price a bit because it took him less time than anticipated. I mean, who does that? Jerry is a super nice guy! Professional, does it the right way the first time...no corner cutting. After using him just one time, he already feels like family. It's under going a complete investigation since the company wasn't notified until day 8. From the pictures and even the videos supplied by the homeowner shows previous water damage of a very large amount. The ceiling didn't cave in. It was cut out. You can see actual water spewing out of the pin hole leaks. If you cut the ceiling out and removed all of the flooring previously to find copper leaks then why not fix them? Replaced a leaking faucet finally, why would you let the water keep damaging your home? The whole bottom flooring to the cabinet is missing and was when the work was done to install the faucet. Why? We told the customer we were coming out asap the next morni
