I got a washer from them and it had a leak as soon as I used it the first time I have called them 5 times bc it's a 60 day warranty on it and they keep saying they are coming and never show up I am getting so frustrated with these folks

Called about a question had a horrible attitude wouldn’t listen to anything I said. He kept saying there was a venting problem even though I cleaned the entire system. Do not for the love of god call him or do business with him

My family has been doing business with mr Jerry for years and I just left there again I happy customer.. We needed a dryer and he treated me fair and fixed the issue we had on the spot. I really like the fact he gives you a 60 day warranty and from our experience he is a man of his word.. I highly recommend Jerry's if you need any appliances.

We purchased a washer and dryer set to use in our business last week. Everything works perfectly and we were very pleased to spend less than half the cost for a brand new dryer. Last year we purchased a dryer that was barely used for under $200. We've used it and had no issues. If you take care of your items: Don't overload, Don't SLAM the washer lid, and clean the washer and dryer regularly: you won't have problems. I run a bleach cycle once a month to keep our washer clean and free of build-up. Casey is a great salesman and helped us load the set and will service our units if we ever need him to. Highly recommend!

If I could give this guy ZERO stars I would. I called today asking about a washing machine. He was cutting me off in the middle of my sentences and when I asked what brands he had, he had a nasty tone as if I was bothering him. Come to find out, I actually was bothering him. He cussed me out because I "called at a bad time" his attitude was garbage. Yes he texted to "apologize" along with excuses But I would NOT advise anyone do any kind of business with this man. Side bar: the professionalism of a business speaks volume of their product.
