I encourage you to avoid using this supplier. They have good products, don't get me wrong, but after damaging my property when their delivery driver ran into one half of our driveway gate, sheering the panel off its hinge, bending the panel and one of its posts, the owners failed to respond to multiple requests to replace the gate and make us whole. After two months and numerous calls and empty promises (to return my call when they gathered more information, to provide me an update, to come and install the supposed replacement they found, which come to find out didn't match my existing gate and they refused to replace both panels, only the one they damaged, despite this giving us a mis-matched gate across our driveway) the gate still wasn't replaced. We ended up replacing it ourselves and
Unprofessional, unreliable, and unaccountable for damage to property. An order was placed for stone-dust to this supplier. Delivery was prompt and the delivery person was amicable, UNTIL he hit my gutter when delivering the material. Although this was an accident, the person was very quick to blame me for not giving him “better” directions on the height of the gutter. I believe it is part of their job description to be aware of the height restrictions when making the delivery and dropping off material, if uncertain, that it cannot be delivered, the driver should have advised me of the clearance issue and simply delivered the material further away from the house or not delivered it. There is a reason for their MANY 1-star reviews. Mike created many issues which include but are not limited to poor customer service, general lack of common sense, nonexistent communication, and extreme unprofessionalism. I ordered top soil to be placed in a Bagster alongside the driveway. It was done this way so that I can still use the remainder of the driveway to park two cars and for ongoing landscaping/cleaning up work, (see photos). Instead, Mike moved the Bagster from the corner of the driveway to the center of the driveway and then dumped 800 lbs. of soil mostly on the pavement instead of INSIDE the Bagster. When I confronted him about this, his responses to the issues he created were, "Your husband can do it," "Hurry up, it's going to get muddy," and, "We don't do clean up." Now
Despite some of the other negative Google Reviews, I can honestly say that I am well pleased with the service that I received in my mulch delivery yesterday (5/17/22). This isn't by any means to diminish what others have experienced, but I just wanted to note my experience. I was told that the delivery would be either in the morning or early afternoon on the day that I called which was around 8am. It was delivered around 10:30am. I will most definitely continue purchasing my Mulch from here in the future. Thanks guys! Much appreciated.
June 30, 2025 I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Jersey Landscape Supply. On June 30th, I ordered several materials from them — including base material and stone dust — and paid for full delivery. But when the delivery driver showed up, he unloaded the materials without asking, right in my driveway, completely blocking the public sidewalk, which could’ve caused problems for my neighbors or even fines from the city. I immediately went outside and told him this placement was not okay. I also clearly explained to him that I’ve ordered these materials before from other companies, and they always arrive properly packed in bags or on a pallet, so I can store them until use — especially because rain was forecasted for the next day.
