I made a mistake and didn’t look at the length that was written on paper I signed and they made what I signed for. In my “head” I knew I was right. But not.. However,they agreed to make me new panels and bring other ones back. Being a 1st time customer, I’m Super Happy and will definitely use and recommend. I’ll just dbl check what I’m signing! I had previously used Jett Metals on two small projects at my home with great success. This week, I had the roof on my shop replaced. They had given me a quote which I felt was very competitive along with several references for contractors to do the work. Contacting the trades people was simple enough and I arranged for a contractor. Jett made the roofing as promised, coordinated the schedule with both myself and the contractor. The project was completed in short order without any issues and the roofing was manufactured and delivered as planned. I give them 5 Stars for their services and a thumbs up recommendation to anyone who needs a metal roof.

Crooks... Ordered metal of a specific color per their website and received something completely different. Was told they "sent" an "email confirmation," which somehow is no where in my email covienienietly and no response from me for the confirmation means they made the order they had written down instead of what I actually ordered. Now wants to charge me 4 times more for what I actually ordered and im out the money for the other metal I already paid for because they made the wrong metal after I was told by the initial person I ordered from that it would be 2 times what I originally paid. Horrible customer service and order taking. 5 stars on how fast they charged my card thou. Edit to respond to their reply. I never specifically asked for any type of metal. Jet Metals is a company that strives for quality in my book. Accuracy is a strong suit with every order. The receptionist is friendly and always attentive to your needs.
