Rental company called him. He was rude from beginning. Played big man about my defrost on heat pump. Asked if I had emergency heat. I said yes but won't use it. Can not afford it in COVID-19 economy. His response..exact words Well freeze then and hung up the phone
Installed a new HVAC unit at our condo in Newport News, VA. Great service and highly recommend.
No BS kind of guy and I appreciate that. Did good work quickly and was straight honest about everything. Would recommend.
Excellent work..House, at my rental was hot..All ducts were replaced..House now cool.
