Excellent experience starting with service calls over the last few years keeping my 25 year old HVAC running efficiently. I always received prompt and professional service. This year we pulled the trigger to replace our dinosaur unit with a new one. Ordering and lead time for delivery and installation was comprehensive and fast. The install was super smooth with a team of respectful, knowledgeable and focused technicians. At the end of a long, hot day, the friendly crew cleaned the work areas and explained the startup process. Two things I experienced: first, I made the right decision going with JETCO, and second, they are a well managed and trained staff, both inside their office, and in the field meeting the customers’ needs in providing critical comfort requirements in their home.

~ bought a new home ~ bought a service contract every year for 4 years using the same contractor as builder used (name starts with an M) ~ never had to call them for any problems cause units were brand new ~ decided to cancel service contract ~ following month, air conditioner would not come on ~ called "M" contractor on a friday and was told since I no longer had a service contract with them they could see me on Monday ~ I called Jetco and they were out within TWO HOURS!! ~ Fixed the air conditioner and will use them from now on! So long "M"

had service contract with them and them came out and did inspection then 3 months later had to spend lots money on all rusted out ac unit which they never saw at inspection. what kind of inspection did they do. NONE tried calling them would not return phone call to me. would not advise to use them they are bad to deal with but didnt see anything wrong with what they did DONT USE
