Poor customer education, service and lack of integrity. In April of this year a home purchase inspection identified roots in my sewer line. I paid JetSurge $800 to power blow the sewer line from my house to the city line. I declined the additional $300 charge to videotape the cleaning. There was no education about why this might be worthwhile to have. In June I had a clogged drain in the basement and called Jet Surge to see if they had cleaned out the indoor sewer pipes or just outside. They said they only did outside and I needed to contact a plumber. A plumber identified that the blockage was in the line between the house and the street. (I paid the plumber $300 for this) I contacted JS to ask that they come back to redo their job as it appeared that it wasn’t done to completion the fir

The technician cleaned the washing machine drain, and asked me if there's any other drains I want them to clean and said "It'll be much cheaper to have multiple drains cleaned at once." So, I asked them to clean 2 more drains. All the work took 15 minutes. The technician came to me later and said I owe them $420. $135 per EACH DRAINS. I asked for the invoice which took two days. It said $135 for one drain and $125 each for additional pipes.
