Edit: We still love our yard. However, in the beginning there were multiple discussions on gopher mats. Multiple times we asked to make sure they would get placed. On the day the job was finished we were told gopher mats were NOT placed AFTER everything was done as no holes were seen the whole week. Which was true. When he told us, we were so elated about how much we loved the backyard we did not think much about it. Now, gophers/moles are tearing up the backyard and all the work that was done. We were told if we got gophers to reach out, we did and all we were given was gopher gassers. Reached out again and got left on read. I take accountability for not ensuring the mats were down, and I was hoping for some accountability/acknowledgement and help on the other end which has been disappoin
