This company is THE BEST! I have used them twice and referred my neighbors. Eric, Craig and Fabien all top notch guys! Got a quote on Saturday job started Monday and finished by Wednesday! Best contractor i have ever used! Highly recommend them! Pricing was excellent and customer service and installation the best in San Diego! And I shopped 5 other vendors!

This is the second time we’ve used JG Lawns & Turf, and they have exceeded our expectations both times. When we bought our home, they installed our lawn and irrigation system and did a fantastic job—competitive pricing, great attention to detail, and timely completion. They even came back several times afterward to check on the lawn and give us helpful maintenance tips. Years later, we decided to switch from grass to turf for easier maintenance and water savings. 12/7/25: Changing my review to 3 stars because they had to come back three times to re-do the jointing sand. They were just using regular sand and spraying it with a sealant, but after light rains, the sand was being swept away. The 3rd time, they finally used polymeric sand, which worked great for several months. Not sure why they didn't use polymeric the first time around except to try and save themselves some $. However, because it's now a mixture of regular sand and polymeric sand for the joints, after a couple rains, the sand is still coming up and being swept away. I will not be calling them back for a 4th time. I bought my own polymeric sand and will fix it myself. I had a great experience with this company for my paver installation. Hired them to do a retaining wall in my backyard and they did amazing work. They deliver great quality at very reasonable prices. They were also very friendly and accommodating for any change in schedule. This was my second project with them and will definitely go to them for future projects.
