Called one afternoon and let them know our heat was out. They came before 8 AM the next day and repaired the problem. Very satisfied with the results.

The installation was exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the time we contacted Simmons after our unit failed. They came outand charged our old unit. However, due to the leak, our old unit wouldn’t hold charge.. Undeterred, Simmons went above and beyond by bringing out a window unit on Sunday. They allowed us to use the new unit while the installation was completed on Monday. During the time our old unit was out, temperatures soared into the high 90s. Not the reliable company they used to be. I had an appointment they missed months ago, but thought I'd give them another chance today. Same result! They were a no-show/no-call. Guess they don't need my business, or respect my time.
