No communication to confirm appt in advance. They canceled my appointment for a Monday at 8am morning after Thanksgiving without notifying me as I waited exactly 8am. They never contacted me to tell me they would not be coming. 2nd time I tried to use this company under my extended warranty plan and they just can’t communicate appropriately , especially when I live 3 hrs away with dogs and I always request a call in advance to have the dogs put away before tech arrives Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you Tommy for coming over to fix our dishwasher! So far its been working great. Great guy to talk to with too and also gave me a lot of advices on how to operate and take care of our appliances.

this company came out to fix our washer but we ended up having to get a new washer. Tech came out and stripped a bolt which lead to an estimated 1k price estimate to repair. We still had to pay the $175 for service when our washer ended up more damaged after they touched it. I called to file a complaint but never had any follow up. Very disappointing because we previously had a good experience prior to this appointment.?

This place is not honest! It is the worst service I've ever had. They charged expensive diagnosis fees but reported wrong issues in order for me to pay for unnecessary repairs. Because their quote was ridiculously high, I had to research myself and solved the fridge problem by de-icing. There wasn't anything broken as they told me.

Very bad service from thus place do to the christmas holidays these people did not want to come fix my dryer i went the whole christmas holidays without a dryer they claim the party were not in if the ordered them on the 10th of december and now its the 25th and we still have no dryer very bad service... I do not recommend this place for anyone... VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!
