Our technician Zach was so nice and had the patience to explain everything multiple times so I understood everything. The staff at the office was polite, kind, and the cheery person you need in the moment. From a small problem to a big problem you can definitely trust they’ll fix it the best way for you and your house!

I called in the morning and Kenny came to our house within 2 hours in blustery winds and a winter storm watch for WNY. Got all new pipes, fittings, kitchen drain and cleared the drain from the garbage disposal out with snake 15ft. We were concerned that our dishwasher was leaking but Kenny said it's most likely the pipes and the kitchen drains were the issue. After all his work the dishwasher was fine and no water was leaking from the bottom of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, very fast and efficient work from Kenny the Technician.

Service Tech arrived when he said he would. He gave us an accurate assessment of the problem and explained our options. We were quoted a fair price and it didn't increase after the job was completed.
