Call another company that hires qualified technicians. This company just hires warm bodies to fill their vans. Also very expensive. Other companies in town are up to 60 bucks an hour cheaper. I do not recommend this company. If you want the issue fixed correctly, steer clear of this company!!!

We had service scheduled for Wednesday morning. The dispatcher had the prior owner’s contact number on file despite me having work completed on two previous occasions with Jim Bennett. The work was rescheduled for Thursday and again, no one showed up. No one called to let us know they were delayed. We scheduled work to be done with a different plumbing company as we could not wait a third day for work that may or may not ever get done.

Their crew not only broke our septic system, they also abandoned the job, leaving our property in a condition that was uninhabitable. No running water. No working toilets. Raw incompetence. And as if that weren’t enough, they refused to return our calls for three days. We were left scrambling—without basic utilities—and ultimately had to pay out-of-pocket for an outside electrician and another plumbing company just to make the home livable again. I want to say this is one amazing company Mr Jon was our technician and he was very polite and did his job this man worked in a whole thunderstorm, lightning and thundering and got my job done. I am so proud of this company thank you guys so much. I will definitely be calling you again for all my plumbing problems.

I had an incredible experience with this company and wanted to share my feedback. I woke up on Friday morning to a big leak under my kitchen sink and of course was not happy. I called based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Linda was very friendly and helpful and told me should would be able to have someone at my house on Monday morning first thing. Linda called Monday morning to let me know Brandon was on his way and would be at my house within 30-minutes. Brandon showed up with a smile on his face and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. I needed a new garbage disposal and luckily he already had one on his truck. The whole process took less than an hour. Brandon was courteous, professional and very personable.
