I love Jim Boyd's Flooring America and especially the Outlet! I have personally shopped there for many years and sent many clients who have been thrilled with the service, the products and the price! Diane at the outlet is especially wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgable, communicative and kind. Can't recommend them enough!!

We came into the showroom to deal with a carpet that we purchased years before. We needed binding on a rug and the process to get it done was simple and easy. Our initial interaction started with Larry in the showroom but then the guys in the warehouse finished the job. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to deal with - very professional. I had a very last minute urgent moving situation and needed to purchase an odd sized remnant, have it bound and ready within a few hours. After reading the positive reviews about Jim Boyd's, I headed over. Diane helped me. She very quickly tuned into what my tastes were and gave very helpful advice in narrowing down the choices. (And there were a lot of choices!). She was able to facilitate a quick transaction and a few hours later my bound remnant was rolled and loaded into my car. I will definitely return for any future flooring needs!

Laverne was fantastic! She helped me look at available carpet, allowed me to take samples home, and worked with my schedule to coordinate the install. Additionally, I wanted to get particular baseboards installed as well, and they met me at HD to pick up the exact baseboards I wanted. Laverne followed up after the install to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. There were a couple minor things, and they sent over someone to address them to make sure I was 100% happy. Great customer service - I would highly recommend them!

This was one of the greatest customer service experiences I have had in a long time. In a world where digital seems to be taking over and true customer service is being forgotten, this store has kept its true colors. As a 34 year old woman, I was unaware of the remnant carpet game. Diane and her colleague greeted us as soon as we walked in and took turns evenly with customers to discover their needs and get the best product for them and within their budget.
