From start to finish Chris made my flooring project as stress free as possible. She went over all options and explained everything clearly. Nelvin and his crew were professional, thorough and detail oriented. They had a tough job but came through with excellent work. My floor looks beautiful and changes the entire area. Very happy with my experience. I recommend them highly.

We went to Jim’s because we were tired of dealing with Lowe’s on other home projects. Dealing with knowledgeable sales people was great. Bill was our salesman. The guy that came to the house to measure was very helpful. The carpet installers were great. They moved all the furniture and put it back exactly. It was such an easy transaction from the moment we walked in the door at Jim Boyd’s until the install was finished. The carpet we had picked at Lowe’s was more expensive and of a lesser quality. I would give Jim’s 4.5 stars only because no one is perfect!

We ordered carpet for one of our bedrooms with the help of Bill Gould. He was very helpful and the whole process could not have been easier. The carpet was installed two and a half weeks later and looks beautiful. The installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend Jim Boyd’s for your flooring needs.
