We hired Jim Davis Restoration to repair our home after a storm caused a tree to fall through our roof causing significant damage. The roof and ceiling structure of our home was damaged and rain had leaked in during the storm. They rebuilt the roof structure, put on a new roof, replaced the gutters and ceiling drywall, replaced damaged flooring and paint. They even helped pack up our home furnishings to prevent damage during the work. We also had them add railing to our front porch to freshen up the entrance. We were very happy with the work they did and would recommend them highly!

Jim Davis Restoration and their very talented crew, restored my 1900 Vintage Victorian during 2022 after a horrible flood. I found them all to be professional, knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the outcome. My favorite part with them was the communication via email or text, etc. was outstanding. used through insurance for water damage, started out with mitigation was told multiple times fans would only be needed for 2 days, they came once to check moisture levels and didn’t show back up until the 8th day and i had to foot that electric bill, then upon the crew removing more flooring saw one guy taking a piss on my fence via cameras, reeked of marijuana every visit, sub contractors smittys were the same way, marijuana, got one guy throwing a half eaten candy bar in my landscape for my dog to find on camera, then did zero prep work before laying lvp, multiple high and low spots and bulges in the floor, not one transfer strip or edge stayed in place, every piece of quarter round is unfinished, everything about it was half assed. after multiple requests to have it fixed and nothing ha

This company did a fire restoration on my aunt and uncles In spencer indiana. This is the terrible example of passing the buck and taking advantage of older people dealing with insurance restoration. This company did a terrible job inside and out . Some many pieces of property missing and damaged. They had to re-doo things inside because of lack of communication. Example, a new shower unit was purchased. Took a month and a half to be delivered. Once the carpenter received the new shower they installed the old one! The crew that did the siding... they've been back 3 times to fix things. We are in the process of hiring a different company to fix the siding. Do not use this company!
