We had a pipe burst recently and called Jim Dhamer Plumbing for the repair. Tom and Caden arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were super professional, the workmanship was excellent, and the price was great! I think we found our lifelong plumbing company for future needs! Highly impressed!

I tried to make an appointment to have my toilet looked at. The woman who initially answered the phone was kind and patient. She explained that there was no availability this week due to emergencies but said she would open a ticket for me. I told her that was fine since my issue was not urgent and I could wait. The next day, she called back and offered a same-day window from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. I explained that I would need to leave my house by 1 p.m. She then transferred me to a plumber, who was extremely rude and sounded very irritated. He said, “Ma’am, I can’t just show up for two hours and expect to be done right away.
