Jimmy's Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had Jimmy’s heating and cooling come out to repair gas line for my range. I spoke with Amy, and she got me scheduled the very next day. Harvey showed up as promised and did a great job, very thorough with explaining what he was doing and that gave me great peace of mind. I would like to thank Amy, Harvey and the entire Jimmy’s team. I initially called because my unit is under warranty and only a few companies works with the warranty. I spoke to a young lady named Amy. She was rude and unprofessional. She cancelled the appointment for no reason and will not answer the phone. Had to call another company who turned out to me much more polite and professional.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this is a well deserved review. When I called I didn’t have heat the dispatcher was friendly, responsive, and kept the lines of communication open. Harvey arrived, found the issue right away even tackled my thermostat issue as well. When he left you could not even tell they where there. Clean, efficient, friendly, and they earned a loyal customer for my all heating and central air issues.
