I needed an extra key made for my 2011 Honda Pilot, so I contacted Jim’s Locksmith and Safe to see if they could help. They asked a few simple questions and requested a photo of the key and fob, which I sent by text. Although they didn’t have the key in stock and said it would take a day to arrive, they went ahead and ordered it for me even though my schedule was uncertain. The key was ready the very next day, and the entire service took less than 30 minutes. The price was also lower than four other places I contacted, including the Honda dealership. I highly recommend Jim’s Locksmith and Safe.

Ordered a key fob for my Jeep and was told they would call me when the fob comes in the next Friday. Friday comes, I called around 2pm since I never received any updates. The guy I spoke to informed me that my fob arrived and was there with a sticky note with my name on it, but the technician that knew how to install it was out in Gardner and didn’t know when he would be done. He proceeded to say he would call me sometime later that afternoon whenever he got back. This was January 16th. I have yet to hear anything back. I do not recommend! I will take my business elsewhere.

My parents car had a dead battery so the key fobs wouldn't work and I couldn't get either of the emergency keys to unlock the drivers door. Charles came and had it unlocked in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding same day service. Absolutely great 👍

I dropped off my vehicle for an appointment and have nothing but good things to say about this place. I took in an ignition lock cylinder and they switched it out for me and set it up to my existing key fobs. They also rekeyed my driver door lock, and glove box lock. Vehicle was ready to be picked up a few hours later and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Needed to replace my car key/fob. I was initially quoted a price which I thought was fair but when I got there they realized since I still had the internal mechanism from the old fob they could do it for basically half the quoted price. It’s so refreshing to find honest businesses! They gained a lifelong customer today! Very impressed with the work they did too. The new key and fob work great!
