We made the final payment with the promise that the lead worker would return the next day to do finishing touches including final sealing on our roof. The owner said he needed the final payment because he was going out of town. We agreed because the owner seemed trustworthy, not the case. Tried calling him several times and he kept saying he would be there the next day to finish. Eventually he stopped answering the phone. If you hire these guys make sure they finish and your satisfied with the work before you pay anything.

I reached out to them to get some details and possibly a quote or and to see what my options were for the roof. The guy who I could barely understand said I do not do that and hung up the phone. He calls me back 40 minutes later says he misunderstood and asked me if I was an insurance adjuster. I’ll tell him no I’m not and proceed to ask her the question I wanted to in the first place. He says he cannot help me he is busy and hangs up the phone. Pathetic. Do not use. Scam

After installing a new roof there was a leak around the chimney. The owner said they would come out and repair. After several months of trying and waiting another contractor was hired to make repairs. JJP has poor workmanship and no warranties. They were giving many changes to repair. The new contractor said the chimney was not flashed properly even after 3 repair attempts. Stay away from JJP Roofing

Texting while driving down 85 in Crestview. This is illegal and nearly side-swiped 3 cars. Very unprofessional.
