Jeff did our roof in 2024 and now a year later we have experienced three separate leak issues. He has not responded to calls, texts, emails, or mailed letters since December 2024. We’ve had to get repairs done by another company, and have had to pay out of pocket despite Jeff’s workmanship warranty that should’ve covered these issues. In reviewing the overall job, it is sloppily done and many corners appear to have been cut on the install.

Jeff accepted a large deposit from my mother and it has been months with no work completed and has since stopped all communication. These are her life savings and very concerned JK Construction is a scam. Happy to update this if he resumes communication and work but a warning to others looking at this company.

I agree with what is stated in the 1 star reviews. Unfortunately I read these after giving Jeff a deposit. When I confronted him about what was said and why he has not fixed the issues or gotten insured, jeff said he would have to get back to me. Jeff has ghosted me ever since. Has anyone taken Jeff to court to recover money owed?

It was a pleasure working with Jeff. He got our roof done asap for us. They replaced our entire roof in a day. Wonderful communication. Very fair pricing, and a hard working crew. Great clean up! I would recommend them for any work you need done!

BEWARE! J K Construction is uninsured!!!!! J K construction started off fine. Jeff was quick to come out and accept a $5000.00 deposit. The total bill would be $8,000.00 which I thought was amazing. He seemed great and eager to help. The original roof went well and Jeff was paid in full ($14,000) through the weatherization program in October. I asked him for my deposit back and this is where things took a turn for the worst. Jeff told me he was having issues with his bank but assured me I would get the money back. It gets worse.. A different company put a hole through the new roof on 11/02/24. On 11/12/24 Jeff came by and took shingles out of my garage for the repair. Jeff told me the repair was being done on 11/13/24. Jeff had come by a few more times to look at my bathroom and chit ch
