We are so thrilled with the plumbing help we received from Dylan today! He was able to install our refrigerator water shutoff and remove a urinal in a timely manner the day after we contacted them. We were notified in advance of his expected arrival time and found him to be very courteous, friendly, super efficient, respected our home and did a fantastic job of completing the work! I could not be happier with the customer service and technical support from this family owned company. The service technicial Gordon went above and beyond to provide expert advice and specifications on my specific HVAC needs as well as advocate for my as a customer. Tina from the administration side was both timely and professional in reaching out for scheduling my appointment. Simply the best HVAC contractor in the entire NEPA region. From their dedication and professionalism they make customers for life and I will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
Gordon was informative from the start till the end, he answered all questions we had with ease and at a timely manner. He went into depth with the maintenance agreement, warranty and any of our needs that popped up as we were installing a brand new high-quality HVAC system. His team were all helpful and courteous, they left with the area neat, clean and a customer satisfied! Overall our experience with T.E. Spall & Son was a 10/10.
Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to calm me down. I was really stressing this day. He was able to get me financing he really deserves 10 stars. Stephen our tech also deserves 10 stars as well very professional, knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to educate me on what he was and found. Thanks to them we are moving forward to upgrade our house. YOU GUYS ROCK!
Came on a Sunday, gave an estimate and did the work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Replaced both shut off valves on the kitchen sink and much quicker than I thought. Gave me an estimate for some possible future work. Marc was very friendly went over everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. Would recommend them
