Regal Plumbing & Heating

My place of work was getting serviced and I flagged down the plumbers and asked them if they would know quotes for an issue i was having. They referred me to call the main office and the office would likely ask for an image of the issue my house was having. My boyfriend call either between February 4th - February 6th. He was told they would not be able to accept a photo and that we would have to schedule an appointment to give a quote in person. We obliged and scheduled an appointment for February 12th between 10am-3pm. On the 12th, I gave the office a call as I wanted to be there and ready for when they would get there. They said there had been an emergency, so all the plumbers were busy taking care of it and that I would likely have to reschedule. I wasnt initially bothered by this, as e

Extremely pissed with this company. We bought our own toilet in 2024 and had them install it. Just got the invoice in the mail Sept 2025 and it’s almost $500! More than the toilet and sent us the bill 1.5years later because they did an audit and missed ours. They were not even here an hour. Unreal and shame on them for billing over a year later!

Regal was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy with their service that I will definitely use them next time I have an issue. They basically were able to come the same day I called, the plumber was friendly and polite and worked to resolve the problem quickly.

Had them "clean our furnance" got double charged, and it never got cleaned properly.. a few months later and we had to get another company to come clean it again, because it started giving us problems heating up. Then asked them to install a dishwasher, was told it would be $1000+(never got a call back to even come do the job) then found another company to do it for less than half the price.... high rates for low quality work.

This company far exceeds my expectations... Honestly... Bill has an amazing Heart... He won't even rip you off.. He just wants whats best for his customers, to be safe and comfortable in their home..
