Larry from the builder’s warranty team is absolutely wonderful. He came out to inspect our roof after a leak issue and was hands down one of the kindest, most reassuring people we’ve dealt with during a stressful situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood what was going on and what the next steps would be. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly compassionate — which makes a huge difference when you’re worried about your home. It’s rare to meet someone who is both knowledgeable and truly kind, and Larry is exactly that. We’re very grateful for his help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Larry!

WARNING, DO NOT USE J&K without reading this first. Let me start off by saying that I am a reasonable human being, who understands that things don't always go as smoothly as we would like. I have sympathy for errors that come with building things and can accept these errors as long at they are dealt with in a reasonable way in a reasonable amount of time.
