Came home sunday afternoon and furnace not working. Temperature in house had dropped to about 55 degrees. Temperature outside was below 0. Called J L Brady about 2. Service man called about 2:45 said he would be able to make around 4:30. Diagnosed the issue needed new gas valve. He called supplier and got them to open up the shop on Sunday evening to get part. Came back around 8 and had the furnace running by 8:30. Dan the repairman was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. It did cost more considering it was Sunday, but it was worth it to get heat back on in the house.

The best company I have dealt with in the QCA, we had a pipe burst on Sunday and the rates were astronomical Roto Reuter did they would come out but never showed up or called I called Northeest they told me it would be about 700 or more! JL came thru at 7pm done by 7:50 charged only $217! Great business, fair and honest! I would highly recommend JL! Ultimate professionals! I hope your son wins the Spelling Bee!

I’ve had J L Brady for years. There level of customer assistance can’t be met by anyone else. I had my AC installed in 1987! It recently started making noises. Zach came out the first thing the next morning and checked it out determining that it was time (way past time) for a new one. He gave me a bid. Blake (Fred, only he will understand the name) came out today to install. The work was top notch and in a timely manner. Such a nice guy and good work. I highly recommend this company.

I had some water damage and mold in my bathroom that a contractor has been working on, the contractor originally used a different company who did not do the work correctly and led to water leaking into my walls again after we just had the bathroom completely gutted. JL Brady was then called to come fix the issue and they sent Vic who has been THE BEST person we have dealt with in the trades since buying a house years ago. Cannot recommend him enough and we appreciate his transparency and diligence with all the work he did for us. Vic and Sam finished up the work today and we finally have our bathroom back and cannot be happier. Will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need more plumbing work done.
