Update based on the owners reply: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’d like to offer some clarification from my perspective, and I also appreciate you acknowledging there may have been some miscommunication. The room being worked on was our child’s room , where the light switch was moved and the ceiling fan was to be installed. While there may have been a misunderstanding about the ceiling being painted, I was surprised the switch was left open with no update or clear next steps. As for the kitchen outlets, there were five. I was told the hourly rate upfront, which I was fine with, but it took two electricians two hours to open five outlets and a light fixture. They did turn off the breaker for the kitchen, but didn’t seem to review the panel labels or trace the issue properly.

I needed an exhaust fan installed and Jackie was quick to follow up on scheduling even though it was the holiday season. Very prompt service and friendly employees. They came and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Great service and prompt response!! Jackie kept us informed as to when the electricians would arrive. Shane and Dax arrived on time and listened to our concerns. They corrected all our known issues and the issues we were not aware of. Thanks to the whole team, we now have convenience in our electrical system and great peace of mind….

I needed a vanity light and two ceiling fans installed. Alex and his assistant from JL Wilson did a great job! They showed up on time, were polite, professional, and efficient! I didn’t know one of the ceiling fans needed a ceiling medallion to fit nicely but Alex was happy to pick one up for me and continue with the installation. Everything turned out great, I will definitely use JL Wilson Electric again!

Just had Jason and Cody from JL Wilson Electric here in Thomasville do a small project for me. they showed up a week early, on time, worked very hard and finished in record time and also cleaned up afterwards! Greatly apprecited!! Great bunch of people and would highly recommend them!
