I don’t often write reviews but felt I needed for this company especially the owner Demetri. This is a company that legitimately cares about you and not about making money. So rare to see this now. Can’t recommend this company enough. Their workers are solid and skilled too. Charged me less than what he really should have. I had a crushed sewer pipe and they fixed it the same day.

Having a collapsed line just before the "real" cold weather started in January left me a bit panicked. Being as busy as he is, it took Demetri a little time to get me an estimate. However, I did have a start date. The estimate came, it was very reasonable. Of all the estimates I got, he was the only one to give me two. One to the main and one to the property line. As it turned out we only had to go to the property line. Phew!! This guy is honest, fair, and you would benefit from his expertise. Just be patient he will come through for you too.

My home septic line in the street was collapsed after road work was done. I contacted JLC construction & Dametri knew exactly what to do to get the city & there contractors to repair it. He is a wealth of knowledge & his advice was spot on. I am so thankful for his help!

JLC Construction was a great company to work with. I had a title v failure with my leaching field and they were referred to me with high expectations and provided world class services with this matter. They were quick and efficient! The job took three days to complete and they made sure that they cleaned up everything from the job as well as anything outstanding in that area. I highly recommend them for any job or task you may have. Due to Demetri the owner my family and I are able to close on our new home by the time frame deadline!

Demetri answered my emergency call on a Saturday morning when my main sewer line collapsed. He took the time to explain the process of repair, and showed up same day to evaluate the damage. The job was completed fast, proper, and professionally. My advice to anyone reading this...do not waste your time shopping around for quotes because you will not find anyone better than JLC Construction.
