Love how my house has turned out. After months and months of my house being destroyed (due to a mold issue), JM precision came and and worked magic. Josh really listened to what we wanted and the vision of how I wanted things to be. He worked endlessly to fix one issue after another (due to previous owners work) and did an amazing job. I couldn't be anymore happy for how my house has turned out and how great everything looks. So clean so modern. 10/10 recommend if you need work done to reach out. Very professional, very easy to communicate with and keeps in contact with any and all changes/ suggestions.

Josh does fantastic work! He responded quickly the first time we needed a contractor for a bathroom remodel. After the first remodel we wanted his work for all our other projects. He is very professional and so helpful! No question is too ridiculous and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the work. Josh did a great job tiling my bathroom floor, fixing up the wall under my kitchen sink, and managed to fix an electrical issue on my kitchen circuit (my aluminum exterior siding was picking up voltage from some problematic wiring). Awesome guy who does superior work. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough how happy I am to have found Josh. I was looking to surprise my parents with a half bath remodel. Josh responded to my inquiry same day and the half bath remodel project grew to another full bath total remodel, laundry room and soon to be kitchen work as well. When issues were found with the home's 1940s piping he jumped right in to help ensure we didn't have a disaster on our hands. There was nothing he wasn't willing to help us with.
