A great team! My furnance broke, of course, after hours. Called that night and by the morning they had already figured out a plan for a new furnance. Figured out a great price for me and a rebate to boot! Very courteous, polite and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Justin, in sales and the two service repairs guys were great! I can't thank them enough!

Incompetence, endless problems, terrible customer service. JMI Heating and Air did the installation of our brand new Navien and Unico systems in our custom-built home last year and we have had endless system issues since. Looking at the installed components, virtually every tech and service person who have been here has said “I don’t know why they did it this way”. Doesn’t inspire confidence. We have had brand new components leak gallons of water on day one. High velocity vents added and then removed a few weeks later in finished ceiling trying to improve function. Air cooling unit froze up repeatedly this past summer and we had to endure 90 degree temps in the house while waiting days for service and parts on a number of occasions. JMI will price match any local quote. They will also help you find rebates if any. They are good on your warranty on new parts. Year labor warranty and up to 10 years on Limited Parts warranty.

Changed my rating since JMI took over jamestown heating and air. They are extremely over priced. I was charged 346.00 for a kit that is 99.00 at home depot. I was charged 4 hours labor at over 600.00 even though they waited almost an hour for parts to be brought. He did not do any work during that time. There was caulk in and on the tub that I had to get off after he left. 2 stars because there is a little positive feedback. I now have an access panel and the work was done correctly and fixed the problem. He was friendly and they got me an appointment the following day. Follow up: one month later faucet is dripping. Not working properly. Switched to 1 star..

JMI heating and cooling installed a new heating system in our home in December. They started by fixing our old unit for $400 and told us we would need a new unit as soon as we could get one. I would have rather put that $400 towards a new unit but they didn’t give us that option. So we rode out the fixed unit and it only lasted us 4 months before it went down in the middle of winter. They told us they needed to do a new quote for a new unit because materials have gone up in those few months. There quote was $400 more than the original quote, not sure if it was the materials or the fact that they knew we needed a unit asap and they had us stuck but either way we had to do it. Everything was fine after installation until months later we started noticing our vents were getting really clogged
