Can't say enough about the professionalism and assistance both Kaitlyn (sp?) in the office, the loader in the yard on 08/31/24, and Ernie the delivery driver provided. I ordered 10 tons of #57 gravel to be delivered and spread at my house on Friday, 08/30. Day of delivery, I received a call from dispatch to confirm the details of delivery (including having the driver spread the load.) The dispatcher "warned" me that "they will do the best they can" with getting it spread, as the driver "was new and is still learning". Well, I think the dispatcher lied to me about Ernie's status as "new" because the method he used and the end product of his spreading is the best I have experienced thus far. It totally reduced the amount of manual work I had to do to get the final results I was looking for.

In my opinion, JMJ Landscape Supply Company should really think about how they treat their customers. We have been steady customers for a long time, but in the spring/summer it feels like loyalty does not matter. During the slow months they are friendly, but when things get busy it is a different story. I wish I had found a company that appreciates consistent business. The folks taking orders also need better customer service training. I support small businesses, but I believe in being honest about my experience.

Such an easy and smooth process from ordering to delivery. Not only was delivery really quick(2 days) but my driveway was refreshed in less than 10 mins. Definitely a company I will going back to. Ive been using this company for years. The guy who came out to lay the gravel two weeks ago did an absolute horrible job smelt like weed had shades on and didn’t even knock on my door like he said he did. I had to go outside to stop him to discuss the job he did BOTH times. I called the company spoke with the owner/manager asked him to correct the problem he asked for pictures I sent the pictures then he asked for more pictures so I sent a total of 9 pictures. Nothing no word. I would like to think as a loyal customer I would have received some form of communication to resolve this issue. Haven’t heard a word snd that was two werks ago. I am truly disappointed in the customer service I received as well as the job that was performed. The gravel did not even go out to the end of the driveway
