Incredibly unprofessional. I understand that things come up, and that personal life is real. However, when you set an appointment (or two), and then leave someone hanging, you are costing them time and money. I cannot recommend this company. Jose set an appointment for a quote with me last week. Day of, he tried to move the time, and then gave me the run-around, telling me he'd be there, then he'd be there late, and then (40 minutes after our appointment time) that he couldn't make it. Today, when I messaged him 10 minutes after our appointment time, he responded that he was out of town with a family emergency. If I had gotten that message *yesterday*, I'd have completely understood. But he has now cost me several hours of my time, and my clients money. Go with a more professional optio

JMR Concrete provided a quality estimate process, were easy to work with to schedule all the details of the work done on our long driveway and turnaround, and stood behind their work. They came and redid some of the work that did not hold up. They communicated efficiently and were responsive to questions and concerns. Their crews were on time, did good work, and stood by their product.

I came across JMR to finish a project that a different contractor had started, they came in and fixed the issues that I had with the previous contractor and did a great job. If you are looking to get retaining walls and or a slab JMR is a solid outfit. Will be using them again for any future concrete work. Thanks Jose!
