I hired JNJ Landscape and Maintenance for a front yard and backyard cleaning, expecting a thorough, professional job. Unfortunately, the results were far below what I consider acceptable. After they finished, there were still leaves scattered all over the front yard – it looked like they barely bothered to clean up properly. The yard waste bin filled up quickly, which is understandable, but instead of hauling the excess away or asking if they could use extra bags, they just stuffed the remaining leaves into my regular household trash can. That’s not okay – it’s lazy and inconsiderate, as it forces me to deal with the mess or risk issues with trash pickup.

Walter did an outstanding job on the palm trees at our rental property. He was quick to respond and did a great job. The palms look amazing, our tenants are happy and his price was more than fair. We were so impressed with his skill, ability and enthusiasm, we asked if he would accept us as one of his weekly clients.
