J&O Fireplaces & More Warehouse

J&O needs to hire someone pleasant to answer the phone and help run their business. All my husband and I wanted was a little help finding a part for our propane insert. Very very rude!! Im going to safely say this place loses a ton of money due to their lack of customer service skills. I do not recommend.

No entrance to building. Unfriendly staff answering the phone that will not answer any questions on the phone and requires a potential customer to drive to their storefront. Signage at the actual business says “1 mile ahead” but is NEXT to the building. Someone spent money on this advertising only to purposefully not have business.

I called them for service in December. They said they would get right back to me. Never heard anything. Called again in January. Same story. No follow up, no call, nothing. I called another company that came and repaired a fireplace that J & O installed. J & O has horrible service after the sale. I would never purchase anything from them again or even contact them.
