Had my A/C unit replaced today, these guys rock! We had a very old unit in the house we bought so needed a more efficient updated unit. Looked for a local company and found these guys! There's nothing more frustrating than turning on your AC for it to shut off after 2 minutes with it 98 outside and 90 degrees and steady climbing inside... Now, try that a few times in a row over the course of half an hour... Gotta call Joe! This family owned business came out and rescued my perimenopausal hot flash'n heat induced temper tantrum on a weekend- IN THE RAIN. Joe fixed the unit while we held the umbrella. It's hard to find that kind of service these days but I suspect that's just an everyday occurrence for Joe! I really appreciate it. The mini-split he replaced in my master bedroom works like a dream.
