My blower motor died and I reached out to multiple AC Companies for a repair -- they were almost twice the cost of Polk Supply. Brad came out the same day I called him & was fast & efficient. I am so grateful for his professionalism and honesty. I can't say enough good things about Polk Supply & I am so happy to have them as my go-to AC Company for my home. Within two weeks of moving in our house, our ac stop working (truly never could feel much air flow from our vents). We initially called the company that installed the AC. The technician had assured me he assessed all the possible issues with the AC and that the only solution was a $500 dye that would take two weeks to diagnosis our air conditioning problem and that the solution would likely cost thousands. We went for a second opinion and was recommended by a family friend to reach out because Brad had given such great service. Within minutes Brad found the issues and our air started working again in minutes and better than it ever was. We will be using Brad for our air conditioning needs from now on- he was super nice, would 100% recommend

Whether it’s routine maintenance or what I believe is an emergency call, Brad always shows up day or night with a smile and never recommends work that doesn’t need to be done.

Can’t say enough great things about Polk Supply. I run a business in Polk City and our office air conditioner started giving us a problem recently and would not cool our offices. I called Polk Supply and Brad sent Mark out later the same day and got the office back up and cool the same day. I also had a home issue with our air conditioner and Brad came out on a Saturday morning and got us cool again. I will not hesitate to call Polk Supply again.

Cannot say enough good things about Brad from Polk Supply. He replaced both our HVAC systems in one day and worked till late to make sure both units were working perfectly. He also repaired and replaced a couple of our appliances in a timely manner. Very competitive pricing, but more importantly the service and communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend.
