New home wasn't able to cool below 80f even at night. Turns out the old ducts were full of leaks that my (never to be used again) home inspector didn't report. Mark was able to come out the next day and quickly assess the situation and gave me a few options to resolve the problem. The next morning Jacob came out and repaired the old ducts. The AC can now keep the house below 70f in the summer! Definitely using Upright AC again.

Mark was great!! There was a tornado warning out around the time he was scheduled to come, he kept track of the weather and still came out. He kept great communication, even tried to help by telling me how to clear out the drain line because the air stop working on Friday and he wasn't able to get here until Monday. Excellent customer service and he was able to get the air started almost instantly. He had to climb up in the attic and he did it professionally and he made sure the drain line was cleaned out before he left. The air is working great now. Thank you again Mark!🙏

Mark to the rescue!!! The a/c unit had a mind of its own and wanted to take a vacation when I needed it the most lol. Mark came out, assessed the problem, and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. The air is working great now!
