I purchased 2 large skylights from them, had a roofer install the skylights. The owner, Lewis, met with the roofers to insure the installation procedures were properly communicated. He didn't have to do that and I was pleased with his customer service. Recently, after a heavy rain, it appears that there were small leaks which produced small stains on my family room ceiling. Although Lewis is not responsible for the installation, the roofer is, he checked his drawings and my photos and provided me guidance. I consider that good customer service.
